Le rapport de la Commission civile ind\u00e9pendante (mai 2026) conclut que les violences sexuelles et fond\u00e9es sur le genre \u00e9taient \u00ab syst\u00e9matiques, \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle \u00bb et inh\u00e9rentes aux attaques du 7 octobre et \u00e0 la captivit\u00e9 des otages \u00e0 Gaza. Les enqu\u00eates d\u00e9crivent des viols collectifs, des mutilations g\u00e9nitales, de la nudit\u00e9 forc\u00e9e, des ex\u00e9cutions pendant ou apr\u00e8s les agressions, ainsi que des s\u00e9vices subis par des femmes et des hommes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour se reconstruire et continuer \u00e0 vivre apr\u00e8s les traumatismes de masse et les violences sexuelles commises le 7 octobre 2023 et durant la captivit\u00e9 \u00e0 Gaza, les survivants, les otages lib\u00e9r\u00e9s (femmes et hommes) ainsi que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile isra\u00e9lienne s'appuient sur un vaste \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me d'entraide th\u00e9rapeutique, de soutien communautaire et de mobilisation pour la reconnaissance de leurs traumatismes. Le processus de reconstruction repose sur plusieurs piliers fondamentaux, la prise en charge psychologique sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e d'urgence et de long terme : la majorit\u00e9 des survivantes et survivants ayant subi ou t\u00e9moign\u00e9 de ces exactions re\u00e7oivent des soins psychiatriques et psychologiques intensifs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Traitement du SSPT complexe : les th\u00e9rapies int\u00e8grent des protocoles avanc\u00e9s pour le Trouble de Stress Post-Traumatique (SSPT), l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9v\u00e8re et la dissociation sexuelle li\u00e9e aux traumatismes de guerre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soutien de l'\u00c9tat :<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les h\u00f4pitaux et les services sociaux de l'\u00c9tat d'Isra\u00ebl, \u00e9paul\u00e9s par des experts en m\u00e9decine de catastrophe et de traumatologie sexuelle, ont adapt\u00e9 leurs structures pour offrir un suivi individualis\u00e9 et confidentiel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une rencontre qui r\u00e9unit <\/span><b>Milca C\u00e9line Adrey<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, psychologue clinicienne, sp\u00e9cialiste des traumatismes de guerre, <\/span><b>Debi Shoua-Haim<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rabbine, mod\u00e9r\u00e9e par <\/span><b>Pascal
